Michelle Jolley

Michelle has tourism in her blood having grown up in the Victorian Tourist Town of Lakes Entrance.

She was attracted to Port Douglas after a holiday (Village atmosphere, climate, relaxation, location) where she started work as a Dive Instructor for Quicksilver. She was soon drawn to Port Douglas real estate where she has specialised in all facets of Holiday Property Management. Having worked in Port Douglas for her entire professional life, she has an extensive knowledge of the region and the local tourism industry.

Phil Petch

In a previous life, Phil was a Chartered Accountant with the international accounting firm KPMG. He left the profession in the mid 90’s to join the property development sector in Victoria and Queensland. Phil understands the key attributes and drivers of tourism and has developed niche resorts in North Queensland, Sunshine Coast and Victoria’s Great Ocean Road.

Phil works behind the scenes to develop the marketing strategies of the business and brings a wealth of commercial and marketing experience to Sanctuary.
